Love my hair cut. I left it pretty wide open for the barber and they absolutely nailed it.
The convenience of being able to check in online in the comfort of your own home is fantastic. The notification system works well. Upon arrival, you are greeted and told what your approximate wait time and place in the queue. Staff, as always been friendly professional. I make a point to use every email coupon I get!

KEYWORD “was,” first time I came back, customer service was meh, just felt plain and empty hospitality, like if you were talking with a boring monotone person who barely talks to you.
