I have been going there for several years because of the good service and consistency of cutting my hair. The online app is usually very accurate which allows me to save time by not having to wait very long. Both hair stylists are very good and always ask before they cut your hair and during the process.
Had a great experience. Went in as I needed “repair” lol from a dear friend who hacked off 6 inches from my very long hair, but it was very bulky on the ends as my friend cut straight across - I have thick wavy hair, and so I asked Kate to take off “just the bulk” - which she did. She asked me did I want long layers and I said no, just thin out the ends. Great staff, great haircut, my go to place
My son & I got there right around the time they were about to close. The hairdresser stayed to take him and he was SO happy with his haircut. Normally it is a struggle for me to bring him in, but he was so happy after and is already looking forward to going back!
