Had a great experience. Went in as I needed “repair” lol from a dear friend who hacked off 6 inches from my very long hair, but it was very bulky on the ends as my friend cut straight across - I have thick wavy hair, and so I asked Kate to take off “just the bulk” - which she did. She asked me did I want long layers and I said no, just thin out the ends. Great staff, great haircut, my go to place
My son & I got there right around the time they were about to close. The hairdresser stayed to take him and he was SO happy with his haircut. Normally it is a struggle for me to bring him in, but he was so happy after and is already looking forward to going back!
Excellent stylist, personaboe and I LOVE my hair!
Kate at Gloucester Crossing is amazing! She makes me 20 years younger in a half hour.
