It was too expensive ! The do not accept any coupons ! I will not go back
I was in the chair 2 minutes and paid $20 plus tip. The hack job that I received was terrible. One side is shorter than the other and I believe I could have done a better job myself. I realize it is back to school time but each customer deserves the time and attention when they are paying for a service. I will not be returning to Great Clips.
I walked in only had to wait 5 mins cant complain for it being a Friday afternoon. I showed Paula a Picture of what I wanted my beard to look like she says" I got you". she got my beard exactly how I wanted it %. Will definitely be going back and asking for Paula next time.
It's like getting your hair cut in an episode of trailer park boys.
