Website said zero wait. Showed up, checked in. Two other guests came in and got to go ahead of us because they had checked in online, although online it said there was zero wait. She did not explain how much we would be waiting. When I asked her, she said there were three more checked in that would go ahead of us that were not even at the store. We had already been waiting for 20 minutes at this point. It would have been about an hour wait with no communication from them.
"Great" seems a bit to far...
Kimmy is fantastic! My haircut is great! She listened to what I wanted and also made suggestions. She's also very personable so there's no awkward silence. Lol
Very satisfied with how my hair turned out.
