You’re supposed to feel better after going to a salon, not worse. Red headed lady with the glasses doesn’t understand that and doesn’t care. She was very rude to my daughter. Asked her when the last time she washed her hair was and then went “mhm” right after, clearly insulting her. This be the last time I walk into this place again! Third time different days of the week, different times and every time I get denied wash and style. Take down the services on the wall if you can never fulfill them! So annoying! >>>🤔 Maybe take down the service signs if they're not available? "Well, it looks like 'wash and style' needs a new name – 'wish and denial'!
