This place was great when Xochie was the manager, ever since she had to leave it went downhill. The owner Marylou let her employees go without working heat in the salon for over a year. The air conditioning broke too and she was not quick to fix it. She does not treat her employees well. I worked there for a year.
Came to get a cut and reserved. Got there at 4 PM on a Sunday. Online shows closes at 5 PM. Got there and it's closed with a painted 4 on the door. Backward 4. How about changing the online time? Drove 18 minutes to get to this location.
Scheduled a haircut online for my son and I when we got there at the time the app told us to Rosie said she was done cutting hair for the day and canceled our cuts at 4pm I told her the app says you are open until 5 why would you schedule the haircut for 4:15 and have us come all the way in. Only to tell us when we got there?
have had mixed experiences with great clips in the past, but recently i went in and an older black lady (no racial, just warning others that if you go in and she's your stylist, RUN) gave me a haircut so bad i cried for hours. asked for a bob, said i didn't want to change the length just the shape and she cut all the length off that i'd been growing for months. horrible horrible horrible. never going again
