Worst haircut I've ever had. Mutilated my beautiful long hair. Uneven layers. Starting at the base of my skull with the bottom hair two inches longer. Like a weird glorified mullet. Not what I asked for. You need to be more specific at this salon, and stop them when they go scissor happy. What in the hell is going on on my head? Sorry Kim but this ain't it.
I go to Kipling place because Kim and Angela do such a good cut. They are very professional, fun , I enjoy working with Kipling place
Great Clips does not really accept walk-ins. If you walk in you have to wait for everyone who has checked in online even after you have arrived early before they have opened. And their website only allows you to check-in when store is open. Went to 3 Great Clips this morning and just to deal with their poor customer service and technicians I would not even let cut my dog's hair.
I went to Great Clips because Floyd’s had screwed up my haircut a little earlier that day. The Great Clips manager, Angela, was the one who took care of me and did an exceptional job taking care of me and making my hair look presentable and professional again. Great clips just got me as a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you Angela and Great Clips!!
