I went w/ Great Clips after we emerged from the COVID lockdowns, because they were more convenient to book with as everyone rushed back to normal activities w/ scraggly hair lol. I thought I'd stay w/ them only as long as it took for the dust to settle. However, the quality of the cuts was so good regardless of the stylist, & the prices so great, that I've stayed ever since! The awesome post-cut look & low prices mean that I get them more often than I used to, & that leads to more compliments. It's a virtuous cycle. :)

Please do not let Amy trim your neck. My neck feels like it’s on fire, and now it is all nicked up. I already contacted customer service and may hear from the owner and try to get my money back. I work with the public and now I have to try and cover this up if possible

I’ve had okay haircuts from this place and I’ve had terrible haircuts from this place, but usually terrible. I went in with long hair and asked the lady to keep it long on top and make my sides and back short, showed her a picture of what I wanted too. Then she takes a ONE to my head and chops 2 inches off the top. Hire someone who actually knows how to do their job.
