I have been going here since they opened. I have see always been treated with dignity and respect. On one occasion, one of the stylist have me a cut that had some "issues". I called the salon, and they told to come in and let them see if they could fix the problem. The Lady who re-cut my hair made it look fantastic! For that reason, I'm a client for life!
