Carolyn did a awesome job cutting my naturally curly hair!
Told the stylist I want it to be high&tight and to use scissors to Cut the top. She started with the trimmer to cut the sides and then began using them to cut the top. I told her to use scissors when cutting the top. She continued using the trimmer and want to know what type of shampoo and conditioner I was using. I recently moved to PA and visited a recent shop in the state! The 1st time I went was Great, the 2nd time, not so much! The girl really did a number on my hair! So, I drove an hour to Wheeling to have Paula cut my hair, n she is absolutely amazing! She fixed my hair no problem n was sharing stories with me! Absolutely love her!
I brought my autistic son in after calling ahead. The little lady on the phone said for me to bring him down no problem! I want to say her name was Jessie, but I'm not totally sure, but it was Kelly as well. They did absolutely awesome with my boy and I am so grateful. I wish I could have tipped way more and will make up for it next time. Even if I tipped a thousand though it wouldn't have been enough to reflect my appreciation. Bless you ladies.
Store manager is a perfect manager that every store/company should have. She manages the stress perfectly, does a good job on the haircut, nice talking with the other employees and the customers. Thank you!
