Update: customer service is very supportive. But I just wish I had better luck at this location and the one in Murrieta by Sam's club. Always a rush job. Had a haircut last week and the back was left really long. Salon was kind of busy, but just seemed like I didn't get a quality/thorough cut. Went back a few days later and she didn't even wet my hair before 'fixing' the back.. Even still, not a good haircut. Very uneven and lots of random hairs that stick up. The owner needs to prioritize his establishments comfortability methods when it comes to it's customers..... in the example that leadership says "do not touch AC" only known to me cause when questioned on why its so hot in building...myself including all customers in building heard and were told that employees are not allowed to turn AC up....customers and employees are visibly very uncomfortable while providing patronage to this establishment....get it togther leadership this is not europe! there's been quite a few issues ... read more
