This place is so short staffed they close at 3 pm. When there is an online check in and someone walks in you get them in if the online folks are not there yet. Telling them to come back tomorrow is unacceptable.
Never know if they will cut your hair or not, closed random days, website says accepting walk-ins, you walk in hours before they close to be told they are all booked for the day, etc
Rebecca and Crystal work hard at giving good customer service and good hair cuts.
Serious staffing issues only open 8-5 tue thru Friday. As most people work at that time also. I will never get in for a trim. Sorry but this location always has staffing issues. Management? Pay? Appreciation for their employees? Who knows. Looks like I have to find another salon for my hair needs.
