I trusted the girl that cut my hair to give me a nice cut and she couldn’t be honest to tell me she took a big chunk out of the back of my hair. Manager was contacted and a picture was sent and got no response. Pretty rude if you ask me! I should contact a lawyer!
Service was fast and the staff polite and professional.
Every time I come in, I share a picture of what I want done with my stylist. I always leave pleased with my results.
