I called to see if there was an appointment available today for a haircut/trim and to have my hair straightened. I was told the price would be $65, and I simply responded that I was aware of the price. The employee then laughed at me, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that prices are what they are, but there is absolutely no reason to laugh at or belittle a customer. I asked for long layers and she took most of my hair off, now im embarrassed and will be wearing a hat for months. Ewww soooo disappointed. I told her I needed to be able to put my hair in a ponytail and nope can't even do that. I am seriously upset by this and want a refund. I had to pay for something that just ruined my self image to the point I cancelled the rest of my plans today because I look like some stupid rag doll. I will never recommend this place to anyone in the future
