I asked for long layers and she took most of my hair off, now im embarrassed and will be wearing a hat for months. Ewww soooo disappointed. I told her I needed to be able to put my hair in a ponytail and nope can't even do that. I am seriously upset by this and want a refund. I had to pay for something that just ruined my self image to the point I cancelled the rest of my plans today because I look like some stupid rag doll. I will never recommend this place to anyone in the future
Always an awful experience. Just had my nephew there his hair was aboit 5/6in long asked for 2 in off and his almost bald!!!his hair was crooked and he was scared to go back to have them.fix it
