After my past 4 very disappointing visits to great clips I decided to move on. Great clips is like the McDonalds of hair salons... cheap, fast, and not that good... they don't listen to what you want, the read off the print out of what the last person did and totally ignore what you say. They rush through the appointment sacrificing quality. Also their haircuts are terrible, uneven, and super half-assed. It is like a room full of beauty school flunkies who hate their job and just desperately want to get as many haircuts done... read more
Would never go to this great clips in Rockford ever again. Rude, Rude, and Rude pretty much explains it all. Very unprofessional and flaky. Never again!!
