Nice experience great haircut!
Terrible customer service! Went in with my 2 year old who has had 3 previous cuts at a different location. The older European lady was so rude and didn’t care to try to cut my sons hair after he moved to try to hold my hand she said he’s too fussy and wasn’t worth it to her. There was no effort and she clearly didn’t care to try. 10 minutes later went to my normal location and he got his haircut without a problem.

Just received a really awesome haircut at Great Clips @ Raley's shopping center in Petaluma. Unfortunately, I didn't come away with the hairstylist name, but wanted to send thank you to her.
