The style i requested was not what I got. I gave it a week to get the kinks out but had to go back for a fix. They did not charge for the second visit,which is in their policy I believe, but the 2nd hairstylist did not listen either. I am tired of going into this same hair place and never coming out with the style I ask for. I have given this place a few chances to redeem themselves, and one time a hairstylist, that isn't there anymore, got it correct. When I went back that particular hairstylist was gone. Lake Stevens great clips does not take any types of coupons anymore. I don’t recommend coming to this hair salon.
Bad bad bad! I repeat. DO NO COME HERE! If you love your hair unhygienic and very rude barbers.. you'll feel like puking after the haircut
The haircut and stylist were great. I'm only leaving a 4 star review, because this owner of this and other Great Clips locations around this region / area said they will "...no longer accept digital coupons. They will only accept mail coupons". Well, I'm not getting any Great Clips coupons in my mail but I get the digital coupons ones all the time, directly from Great Clips corporate. So that stinks and doesn't sit right with me.
Honestly I don’t leave reviews often enough. But this was a quick haircut as I didn’t have time to get to Seattle for my normal place. I should have as I now have to schedule an appointment to make it even and fix whatever this is. I asked for a simple fade. If you have any sort of curl to your hair this was a terrible experience for me and I caution you.
