Haircut was okay. I was disappointed that they would not honor the $5 off coupon that I received from corporate Great clips. What goes the coupon if nobody honors it?
Id give this place negative 0 stars! I've never in my life had an issue before with Great clips. I called ahead of time asked many times. Do you do toddler hair and have someone who can have patience to cut a two year old hair. They said yes we do, no problem at all. We get there my son get up in the chair ready to go. If I could give a ZERO I would. Took my son to get his first haircut. On the website it says that they take breaks in between for the child. They did not. On top of that halfway through the assistant manager stopped and said that she would not be cutting the rest of my son’s hair. When I went to pay for my haircut they double charged me. I am never going back to this location again .
Highly recommend you see Gina! I have haircut anxiety from a Duvall employee who ruined my hair. Their manager Alicia is wonderful and did fix it. I wasn’t able to get into see her so I too a chance and went into Lake Stevens Great Clips yesterday. Gina was wonderful, she listened to my concerns, communicated every step of my haircut.
