Shelby was great.
I was highly upset when I told the stylist to cut a few inches for my daughter and she starts with a huge chop. I took her there thinking it would be okay since all I wanted was a straight cut with a face frame. Easy enough. But no! Then turns out she gave her under layers as well which were really short. Now if I put her hair up the bottom is too short to go up. What made her think I wanted layers for my daughter’s hair? I never said that. If you go, please tell them exactly you want, every little detail. That was my mistak... read more
