The older lady with blondish brown hair was very rude didn't cut my hair the way I asked, I came back another day and there was a lady there with black hair I didn't catch her name but she actually took her time listened and got my hair right. 5 stars to her 0 stars to the first woman.
Got my haircut this morning at the plainwell location. And I went out to eat with my husband and got told my hair is beautiful . Way to go Great Clips
So I’m pretty basic. Straight hair. Asked for a basic 2 inch trim to get the dead ends. I had the red haired girl on opening shift. And there is just no excuse. Nothing fancy just seriously basic get the dead ends. The past day I’ve had to trim 2 inch stragglers all over. I said I don’t do bangs or a face frame because I need a ponytail. That doesn’t mean leave the front a whole 2 inches. And one side is longer than the other.
