I came in here or of sheer necessity. A friend for in a fight with his clippers and tore a chunk out of his hair. They fixed it the best they could, and did a great job! Despite being in on a Saturday at 11 they had enough staff that we didn't have a wait. They still want to get all of the marketing information, which I find annoying. But he did get the Senior Price without issue, that was nice.

Unfortunately, quality and customer service has gone down the drain over the last year. I also have to state I was frustrated with bad communication about their coupon policy to a less than helpful front desk person.
