I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Great Clips – Klahanie Village location in Issaquah on 03/01/2026. My stylist, Alicia, completely spoiled my hair despite me providing very clear and specific instructions about how I wanted it cut. Either my instructions were ignored, or there is a serious lack of competence. Went in for an impromptu hair cut and Saed did an amazing job! I asked for a shorter cut (bob) and I love it. They added texture and thinned it out - I have thick, wavy hair and it’s so much more manageable now. Great service provided!
Alicia cuts hair rather than does haircuts. Her cuts are uneven, with noticeable overcuts in certain areas, making it one of the worst hair experiences I've ever had. It's disappointing to lose my hairstyle and end up with such a messy result. This isn't the first time; my son had a similar experience with her.
