Was very upset. I wanted a mid length hair cut, after she was done, my hair was very short, lots of odd layers and uneven. I showed her a picture and it was nothing like it. When I tried to say something about the uneven layers, I was made to feel like I was wrong for pointing it out. Walked out in tears and will never been going back. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
My husband told the stylist what he wanted,but she just shaved his hair off completely! I could have done that for free.
Booked appointment on line arrived taken back for shampoo cut and blow dryer my hair was cut just like I asked and customer service was great
Sarah's hair cutting skills are awesome. Many compliments on my hair styles since having Sarah as my stylist. She works Saturdays only and very friendly!
KAYLENE was awesome. Very patient and detail oriented in what I wanted. Great personality. Fun to talk with. Great experience!!!
