I have been coming to this GreatClips for several years. The level of customer service is exceptional. The hair stylists are experienced and true artist in their craft.
Unfortunately, the haircut by Silvia was not the best. Ive been here previously and wanted to give them another opportunity but not only was the haircut terrible, but the customer service was even worst. I signed up for a digital coupon and so did my son. We obtained the coupon on different days and obviously on different emails. Great clips coupon had the same code so they wouldn't honor it. The store itself was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there was professional and kind.
I moved here 3 1/2 years ago and I couldn’t find someone that would cut my hair the way I wanted it cut and finally I went to Great Clips in Glendale on Camelback and met Silvia. She always does a great job.
