Very nice lady, today. Followed my guidance and the footnotes on her copy of the customer to employee guidance slip [notes from previous visits]. She thanked me after paying for her services.
Fatemah does a great job on my hair. She pays attention to details. I have waves. She knows how to work with them.

I have in the past posted great ratings. Today, I was skipped for someone else on the waiting list. This same technician did this to me last year and I ignored it till now. I brought it to her attention and she waived me off. The good news is that the hair stylist who took care of me did an excellent job on my hair.
