I went in and they cut my cowlicks and I even showed them a picture and they still messed it up, I didn't even look remotely close to how I did in the picture, the person also torched my hair with a blow dryer so it hurt like hell and one of my sides is longer than the other
I have visited Great Clips many times. Initially it was a leap of faith for me, I just wasn’t sure I could trust those stylists since I knew no one or their work. Well, I have had no problems and I have found all stylists very capable, friendly and they cut my hair as I request. They also work fast and a cut doesn’t take long at all. I find it very convenient to Just be able to stop in when I have time and not have to give up a big chunk of my day due to an appointment. Thank you for this wonderful service. Stopped in for a cut and the stylist had to continue stopping to check in other customers even while washing me. When I left I had to fix my own hair. .
Felt like I should save someone else the trouble of leaving pissed off. Took my son to get a simple fade and left with all of his hair just buzzed off. We have given them multiple chances, some of the ladies are good. But 9/10 we leave with my kids looking ridiculous. Stay away people.
