Please save your money, and your hair, and AVOID this place. I went there for the special on highlights, and had to wait for an hour for Frances to get to me even though there were other girls who were not doing anything. The highlights took forever, and she did not seem to know what she was doing because she had to keep asking the manager to check on my highlights.
