I have been going to great clips for over a decade me and my kids . I probably can say we always had a good experience. But when some body gives you a hair cut under 5 minutes and says you are good to go.! Make you think what kind of hair cut you got.?? No a good experience at all , and if I can say this if you work whit or around people and you don't feel like doing what you get pay for just don't show up and make some else day bad too.

I had a really bad experience here and I haven't always. I went to get a trim and get my hair cut just slightly above my shoulders and said can we start at my shoulders then see how it looks but the stylist started cutting super short then I ended up with it being WAY to short almost like a bob cut.

I asked for a neck trim and to blend it into the back because I am growing my hair back out and the back grows faster and I don’t want that mullet look. I also asked for my bangs trimmed and the little side bits by my ears trimmed down. I said don’t take anything off the top or sides please and she cut my hair that I am trying to grow out back to where it was 6 or 7 weeks ago.
