Does no good to check in online because if you don't go ahead and check-in in person, you'll continually get skipped over until you do. But that seems to change with who you are. They don't schedule enough stylist when it's busy, and when they do it becomes backed up more because after every cut, half the stylist are going out to smoke taking 10 to 20 minutes in between cuts causing you to wait even longer. What is it with having to pay for a hair cut when you go to a place like this you're trusting them to not gap your hair well I went there yesterday and some over sized women gap my hair up so don't just let anyone cut your hair you know and I gave her a tip that I shouldn't have she should no be cutting hair that's for sure and this was at the Danville location so if you get a haircut there is would ask for someone else

Usually I have a great experience, but the lady we had today was very rude, told me I couldn’t hold my autistic son and when I explained he has to be held she rolled her eyes at me, then kept trying to hold his head in a way that he doesn’t like that would cause him stress, and tried to explain how to hold it of which she said “well then I can’t cut it” then proceeded to try to hold his head how he doesn’t like again 2 more times of which I tried to explain again, after the 3rd time she just stopped while his hair wasn’t fin... read more
