You can check in online. Never have a long wait and my haircut is always amazing.. Definitely try them out..
My husband and just went to Great Clips on Nashville Hwy. The girl got us checked in and it was almost our turn and then some woman came in that had checked in online and add a person to her list so the bumped us down and we had already been sitting the almost an hour.
