My husband and just went to Great Clips on Nashville Hwy. The girl got us checked in and it was almost our turn and then some woman came in that had checked in online and add a person to her list so the bumped us down and we had already been sitting the almost an hour.

This Great Clips location is fantastic!! I just moved to Columbia TN from Bristol TN and was worried I wouldn't find one that was as good as the one back home. I found out quickly all my worries went away when I met Raquel! She is an amazing person and a great hair stylist! Very friendly and told me about the area, as well! I will definitely be back and look forward to many more haircuts here in the future! Thank you, Raquel, for making me feel at home!!
Wouldn't honor $8.99 haircut even though it's posted outside on sign.
