I have gone to Great Clips located on Chenney Hwy on 2 desperate occasions with 2 different stylist and both cut my hair way too short both cut it uneven and with the second person I gave them a picture and ask if he could cut my hair just like the picture I was told yes and then when, in my opinion it resembled the photo very little I was told it is exactly like the photo ...well I modified for your age because you are older than the model in the photo!!! Absolute worst experience I have ever had! I should of turned around and walked out when I noticed that they were clearly displeases I brought my son in to get his haircut. Michelle has a terrible customer service attitude! She butchered my sons hair, and told me to go fix it myself at home. Her coworker Ray even got nasty with me, for expressing my dislike in her professionalism as a stylist.
