A note before my actual review: all of these reviews complaining about the weed smell are failing to mention that the business next door is a THC dispensary. It's not the Great Clips employees. My boyfriend and I both got haircuts here today (and back in July). Both of us received excellent cuts both times. There was little to no wait each time. Disappointed due to smell of smoke on employees / don’t think it was tobacco. Hair from previous clients all over the area.
Good price, good hair cut about 80% of the time.
Not open at 10:20. Waste of time.
The second I opened the door, at 11am on a Wednesday, I was immediately face to face with THE OVERWHELMING PRESENCE OF WEED. The stylist with dreads has zero manners and he clearly doesn’t have any customer service experience. I walked in, he looked at me, I said Hi! He turns his head the other way and that made me feel so out of place and unwelcomed.
