So I normally do not leave bad reviews however this was probably hands-down the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten she not only butchered my hair. She also does not know how to use the clippers properly. I kept moving because she kept jabbing it into my head. My fiancé came home from his haircut today and this was the result. It’s so obviously uneven at the bottom, not even sure how something like that could happen. He usually goes to a privately owned barber but he decided to try something different today. Safe to say that won’t be happening again. :/

My hairdresser Pat was amazing!! She cut my hair how I had asked and was very knowledgeable! Also, she was welcoming and kind. I hope management sees this too. When I return I will be requesting her for sure!!

Literally walked in off the street and Jade cut my hair, Flat out Best haircut I've had in 8 years! This girl has talent - unless she gets scooped up by Hollywood I will be going to her till I leave Chicago, and even then might fly back every 2 months!

I just had my haircut by Jade. I’m very particular about my hair and usually only go to true barber shops, but I just moved to the area and haven’t found one I like. Jade did an incredible job. It looks great. She was super friendly and seemed to actually care about what she’s doing which is too rare today.
