Went in this afternoon and Samantha was my stylist. I think she spent more time brushing my hair than anything. And just was moving ridiculously slow and maybe cut .5 - 1 inches off. I wanted to take more off, but I couldn’t sit there any longer for her to barely cut anything. (After having her go around twice)
My son gets his hair cut here and we always have a wonderful experience. If there is something that he does not like about the hair cut they happily fix it! The customer service is wonderful they are prompt and very nice!
It is always a great experience here! The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for years, and will continue to do so.
Terrible!! The worst cut I have received At this Great Clips. Never happened before. Their motto says you get a consultation and the stylist is aware of what you would like. I showed a picture And explained what I would like. I was specific about my needs. Apparently she ignored everything.I said, chopped my hair off.Uneven, I actually left did not want her to finish cutting. I left the back of my head unfinished as well.
