This location has always done a great job on my kids' hair. I love the check in online feature. We rarely wait after using it. We also love that they keep records of past haircuts so you can do the same or change it and they have something to refer to.
I'm not sure what happened when the other review came in but I have been getting my hair done by great clips for years and have never been unhappy. sometimes their store does get busy but that's why they let you check in online! I check in then run errands u.til its almost my time. All the girls in there are great.
