I asked to just take off 2.5 inches all over. Bangs weren't cut at all. I think she just but around the edges. I am in my 60s so need eyebrows trimmed. Had to ask for that. The main problem, wish i could poat pictures that one side of my head the hair is above the ears and the other side half way down the ears.
