After showing a simple fade style of a hair cut, the stylist decided to cut down my hair too extremely short length instead of following the style I requested. I will not be returning.

I went to this location in December and afterwards the stylist who cashed me out told me that I didn't have any haircuts left on the card and threw it away. When I was going over my receipts for December I noticed that it still had two left so I called up to talk to the manager. They had that she had something going on so she would call me back on Monday. Monday came and went and I didn't hear from her. Cynthia Franks does an excellent job on cutting my hair. I drive two hours just so she can cut my hair. She doesn’t amazing work the best in my entire life and I’m 66.
