Hannah greeted me at check in, warmly and most welcoming. She has great vibes and I hoped to get her as my stylist. Returned in 30 min when buzzed that my queue position was up, and got Hannah!! Super stoked. & a first for me for sure, in that Hannah's cut was beyond phenomenal and exceeded even her great vibes! Highly recommend visiting Hannah at this location. My haircut was very nice, but when I logged my credit card receipt I noticed that the tip had been bumped up to 37%, roughly double what I had entered. Next time I will pay cash. Update: I received a call from the manager (owner?) of this salon. I apparently misread the Point Of Sale tipping prompts. My tip was not separately bumped up to 37%. 37% is one of the mid range tipping choices offered by the POS machine for my $19 haircut. The first bad haircut I've gotten, and the experience was even worse. I've come here quite a bit since I moved nearby last year and every haircut has been great. But the last time two weekends ago, I got the guy in the corner to the left who I had never seen before. First he insisted on fading my sideburns despite me saying no repeatedly, but I finally allowed him. One side looks faded, the other side doesn't.
