The blue-haired lady mispronounced my name, so I hesitated for literally a second before walking over. I was only about a meter away. When I got there, I told her it was me, but she immediately started calling the next person’s name instead and let them go ahead of me. Even though I was already standing right in front of her, she still ignored me. She had absolutely no customer service attitude at all.
