The only reason I’m leaving one star is because it doesn’t give you an option to leave zero stars. I was at their store at 3:40 even checked in online where it allowed me to check in and told me to head to the store and be there by 4 o’clock. I get to the store and the manager so-called manager Connie told me she’s sorry they don’t accept anymore people they close at 4 o’clock. Loved it, great customer service, great haircut, 10/10, will go again
I had Connie trim my beard and she did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted and told her what other barbers missed. She was very detailed oriented and did a awesome job I’m always gun shy about letting someone I don’t know trim my beard but I’ll definitely go back.
I got both of my boys haircuts today. The women who did them did a fantastic job!! They were extremely patient with both of them. Especially since my 3 year old is sensitive to loud noises! Thank you so much ladies. We will absolutely be back!
