I’m really disappointed with my recent haircut at Great Clips. I asked for a long bob (lob) and made it clear that I wanted the hair in front to touch my shoulders when dry. I also explained that I have naturally curly hair, so it would shrink when it dried and needed to be cut accordingly. The stylist, who mentioned she had recently graduated from hair school in July, seemed very nice but cut a huge portion off right away — taking it up to my shoulders while still wet.
