Every visit I get an excellent cut by stylists who are pleasant, courteous, & great at their jobs. They ask questions making sure they know what I want done. They immediately greet customers politely & with enthusiasm.
Not usually the type to critique, but i just received the worst haircut of my life here, stylist didn't even come close to the picture or specs i provided for my desired look. Debated not paying due to severity of the chop job, just refused tip instead.
Jennifer was kind to me and extremely thorough and she took the time to make sure my haircut was exactly the way I wanted it. The best haircut I’ve had in many years!
