Somewhat annoyed as I called ahead to ask about making an appt and was told they don't take appts it is only walkin. So I walked in twenty minutes later to find a line of course and people who checked in "on line" went ahead of us. The person perhaps should have told me to go on line when I asked if they took appointments. Very frustrating!!!!!
