I came into Great Clips to get a very simple One Length haircut. Rungfa was my hairstylist. It was unexpected that she messed up my hair. I used to work for Great Clips as an Assistant Manager and so I know Great Clips’ techniques. Unfortunately, Rungfa didn’t section out my hair like she should because my hair is very thick. I didn’t think anything of it at the time and just let her do her thing thinking she can just cut my hair without sectioning my hair/parting my hair(thought I could trust her).
