This was one of the worst salon experiences of my life. The stylist completely ignored my instructions and cut my hair like they were mowing a lawn. Going to Great Clips was a massive mistake, and I am incredibly disappointed.
Danielle gives a great haircut. I really appreciate how she took extra time to discuss exactly how I wanted it cut before she started. She did a great job and will definitely be going back to her again.

I checked in online and arrived as the next person in line (0mins wait time), yet waited over 30 minutes while staff skipped me to take other customers — including someone who arrived after me. Terrible haircut, the person who cut my hair didn’t seem to have a basic understanding of proper haircutting techniques. I don’t plan to visit Great Clips again.
