Went in there to get a haircut of course, I did not made an appointment or, booked online. The waiting time , it was not bad at all. A hairstylist named " Nathalie" was the one who cut my hair ,she did very well. I was happy with the haircut. I cannot complain, the salon is very clean, each person I have encountered was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, Nathalie is not longer at this location, I just had a haircut by " Josefina" and, she is great and, did a nice job !
I have been going to this Great Clips for years and they have always given me a great haircut.
Response to my 3 star review from owner asked that I share specifics. One female stylist continues to give "choppy" haircuts to my mother, and have seen others come from her chair with same chopped up look. Mother has had to go to other salons to fix her hair after. We no longer allow her to service us. Also, I chose a man stylist recently there. I asked for 1 inch to be cut. He took off 2 1/2 inches, I literally told him, "stop cutting my hair right now".
