David does a wonderful job
For 3 months everytime I bring my mom in they have no records and we have to complete the process all over again. We keep being told it was a software update but it's now corrected. Obviously it is not. Ridiculous
I was very happy with my haircut by Kathy. She asked a lot of questions so that my haircut would be just the way I like it.
Apparently you HAVE to check in online, if you don't you get screwed. When you go in they'll add you to the list. Failed at telling me there's 2 others in front of us......WITH NO ONE IN THE GD LOBBY. Had to go to a different one. Did the dumb check in online for a location I wasn't even at, just to have to pay more cause they're price are standard.
I request the same barber every visit by calling ahead of time and ask if David is working then I set an appointment on the app. It's consistency is what I'm concerned about and David does a great job, and carries a very good conversation, will continue asking for him for my haircuts.
