Staff was great. However I'm just passing through why must I give my full name and mailing address. What ever happened to just being a walk-in??
I took my 15 year old in for a trim for his school pictures. They asked me if we wanted to have the same cut as last time I said yes. My son had beautiful pretty long hair. HAD is the word, instead of the trim, his hair was buzzed with a number 2. I could not stop the damage in time and after the first swipe was done, there really is nothing you can do. He is devistated to say the least. Yes it will grow back eventually. but the emotional damage from this cut will take a considerably much longer time to repair.
