Tammy gave me a nice hair cut and was pleasant to work with.
Now that I've had a chance to calm down from my "bad hair day" at Great Clips, I'm still leaving my 1-star review. I'll just say it wasn't a good experience with the lady I had and if I ever go back, and she's still there, and she's the lady I'm assigned to, I'll just politely decline her services until another stylist is available. Enough said.
I'm a long time costumer of Great Clips and have always been very happy, until today. Apparently they changed policy and have become rude callous and rigid. They had a guy greeting us by telling us we live in some crazy address. Mine was in a different state. He asked for my correct address. I (and the guy after me) pointed out that they never asked this before. He was dismissive. Is this some psyop to get addresses?
