I like my hair cut short, real short and I give very specific instructions to get that point across. The lady barely cut my hair at all, I will need another hair cut in a week, so it wasted my time and money. Why do you ask me how I want my hair cut when you're going to cut it the way you want anyway ? Why is it so hard to get a decent hair cut in Baytown ?

This place was good to me when I first moved to Baytown, and I appreciated the service at the beginning. Unfortunately, after a recent experience, I’ve decided to find another barber. One of the ladies made me and my child feel unwelcome and ignored when we walked in, while others were greeted and helped. It wasn’t the older lady — she’s always been kind and professional. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I believe customer service should feel welcoming to everyone. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Yesterday The lady that cut mine and my husband ls hair messed it up. She thinned mine out so bad and it wasnt even layered she took thinning sheers and thinned out my hair chunks. As well as thinned one side out way more than the other side I had to go somewhere else just to get fixed. Also there was a guy there not wanting to work until the one lady called manager and he had to either cut my daughters hair or he was fired. Yes they announced it loudly.
