I checked in online and arrived at 12:22 PM, well ahead of the scheduled 3:00 PM closing time. There were three other customers already in the waiting area. A few minutes after I arrived, the person in charge abruptly closed the salon without any explanation, leaving all four of us—who had checked in and were patiently waiting—without service. We LOVE this Great Clips & especially Shelly! My 16 year old son is VERY picky will only allow Shelly to cut his full head of curly hair. I also prefer Shelly as she listens to exactly what you want & does a perfect job every time! Not to mention she is a sweetheart! All the stylists there are. I highly recommend!
