I checked in and waited for the three people there before me to be taken care of and when it became my turn another person walks in and says he checked in over phone and stylist edited posted list and took him first even though I've been there waiting
Great quick service
Went to Beloit to visit my dad and he was in desperate need of a hair cut and beard trim. I brought him to great clips and we were happily greeted by Audi. We enjoyed conversating with Audi and she did a great job getting my dad freshened up. We appreciate her great customer service!
Worst place to get a haircut!!! The two young Hispanic girls were unprofessional, extremely rude and insulting, and did not know anything about cutting hair. I tried being extremely polite to make my needs understood and they told me never to come back. What a horror show!
