As someone who has very little leisure time Great Clips is and has been my go-to barber shop for many years, now. They are fast, kind and very professional. I also love that I can book my appointment right from the app and monitor the status right up until it's time to walk-in. Even better is that the price is extremely fair compared to other overpriced shops that make you wait in the lobby for hours on end. Can't say enough great things about Great Clips! They are a life saver!

I asked for a trim and to have my current style shaped up. Also to leave the sides so I can wear it over or behind my ears. I now have short layers I didn't want and practically no hair over my ears. It will take months to get it back to the way it was. I don't understand why stylists don't listen and cut the way they think your hair should be.
