The lady up front was very rude and hateful and gave you wrong time for when people was there we ask for the person and she jumped on us and told us to call and ask when she was ther we just ask before we came in she was terrible

This location is centrally located and there is ample parkin; TIP: check in online and make a profile to get points and make your appointment times. That way when you arrive, they know who you are, how you like your haircut and give you more personalized service. Worst haircut EVER..... so short its impossible to do anything with, and the bangs are from 3 inches to maybe 3/4 inch? Hard as hell to hide it and it will be a horribly long grow out...... beware. Wouldn't let me put no stars.....
I have gotten my hair cut at different locations. SORRY, I don't want to share my phone number to get a haircut. I also don't need the person giving me a hard time about it! Figure out how to politely handle customers like me that don't think you need my phone number or other personal information to get a haircut!
I've been here twice with my family. This review is based mostly on their employee Kathy. I got mostly bad service that caused me to never consider this Great Clips again. The first time, Kathy did my husband's hair. She was the worst. She has something against gay people. The second time, Joy did my haircut. She was awesome. If this review was based solely on Joy, I'd be rating this business much differently. Instead, Kathy's presence was enough to ruin everything for me and my family. I have been using great clips for many years. For the last couple of years I request Maggie for my haircut. She knows how I wish for my hair to be cut & styled & if I request anything different, she always gives me what I want or suggests something different. I have never received a bad haircut from Maggie. She is not only very professional, she is very kind & always remembers what is going on in my life & is quick to ask me about it. I would highly recommend Great Clips to anyone & Maggie to be their stylist.
Just got a haircut yesterday by Cheryl, I am 68 yrs. old and it is the worst haircut I have ever got! Cheryl butchered me, It looks like a mans crew cut, military cut, my husband was in shock when he saw it. I am so embarrassed I do not want to go out in public, I am in tears and I am so upset! NEVER again will I go to This great clips again, I went to the one in Marion, N.C. and received a really nice haircut. Warning do not go to Great Clips in Gaffney SC.!!! If you do don't let Cheryl cut your hair.....run away!
I've been coming here for about 6 years now and have had all different cuts and I love the way they cut my hair. Just tell them how you want it cause you know how your hair lays and not every cut is for everybody even though you might like the cut your hair has to be able to lay that way.
